For all orders made through our online shop, the following terms and conditions apply. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be primarily attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally competent partnership that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contractual partners, conclusion of contract, correction options
The sales contract is concluded with ForgedCarbonShop.com.
By offering our products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract for these items. You can first place the products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your input at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button, accepting the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

The available language(s) for the conclusion of the contract: German, English
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
4. Delivery conditions
In addition to the specified product prices, shipping costs may also apply. Further details regarding any shipping costs that may apply can be found in the offers.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-pickup of the goods is not possible.
We do not deliver to parcel stations.

To pay the invoice amount through the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. To pay the invoice amount using the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), you must be registered with Google, have the Google Pay function activated, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the order process.
To pay the invoice amount using the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple, have the Apple Pay function activated, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer you the following payment options. Payment through Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise regulated below, payment through Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. You will receive further information with the respective payment option and during the order process.
Purchase on Invoice via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 14 days after the shipment of the goods and receipt of the invoice.
6. Reservation of Ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Transportation Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the delivery agent and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a claim or contact us will not affect your legal rights or their enforcement, especially your warranty rights, but it will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
8. Warranty and Guarantees

8.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
8.3 Satisfaction Guarantee & 30-days-money-back guarantee
If anything is wrong with your product, claim our satisfaction guarantee and please contact us through the contact form. In addition we offer a full refund within 30 days in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.
We will find a solution for every problem, even after the default revocation period!
For claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or agents, we are always fully liable
- in case of injury to life, body or health,
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- In case of a guarantee promise, to the extent agreed upon, or
- to the extent that the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In case of violation of essential contractual obligations, whose fulfillment is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely on (cardinal obligations) due to simple negligence on our part, our legal representatives or agents, the liability is limited in amount to the foreseeable damage that can be expected to occur at the time of the contract. In all other cases, claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, which can be found here. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
