What is the difference between classic and forged carbon?
Classic Carbon consists among other things of carbon fibers. These fibers are braided on weaving machines, giving them their well-known structured look.
Forged carbon , also known as forged composite, uses chopped carbon fibers mixed with resin as a base. This mixture can be molded into almost any shape. Because the carbon fibers are not woven here, there is no clear pattern and each Forged Carbon product is unique.

Please note : Since shipping is carried out as a Maxibrief Prio with tracking, it can happen that the package is displayed as delivered although it has not yet arrived. The reason for this is that the package is scanned for the last time in the distribution center in the delivery area and delivery is expected on the same day. The status is automatically set to "delivered" in the evening. If that's the case, don't panic, the package will usually arrive the following day!
From where and how will my package be sent?
We ship your products directly from Heidelberg/Germany.
Plastic-free, climate-neutral and completely recyclable by Deutsche Post/DHL as a maxi letter with priority (shipment tracking and delivery often the next working day).
The box can even be delivered through your mailbox, so you don't even have to be at home!
What are you doing for our environment?
We have a partnership with the dual system Der Grüne Punkt , which is well known in Germany, and, where possible, avoid unnecessary packaging.
All of our shipping packaging and packaging material from Biobiene are made from sustainable raw materials and are 100% plastic-free and recyclable.
We also ship climate-neutral via DHL/Deutsche Post
Where can I enter my discount code?
Discount codes can be entered in the 'Payment' section at checkout, not in the shopping cart. You only see your final invoice amount in the last step of the order.If your discount code does not work, please contact us using the contact form

Why does the wallet come with a money clip and band?
Since each method has its advantages, we have decided to deliver the wallet with both by default - you decide whether you want to use both, only one or none of the options. The necessary tool is included in the scope of delivery.
The money clip is best suited for bills, the money band is also suitable for thinner things, such as receipts, deposit slips, etc., which tend to tear under the tight money clip.
I have more than 12 cards, what to do with them?
First of all, you should consider whether you really need all the cards regularly in everyday life.
In general, this wallet shows its advantages, if you also use it as a minimalist wallet, get rid of cards that are not really important!
There are digital solutions for your smartphone or smartwatch for many customer cards such as Payback etc.
Alternatively, you can also try card apps like “Stocard”.
As an example of what's in my wallet: debit card, credit card, ID, driver's license, health insurance card, automobile club card, gym - everything else is digital in the smartphone.

My AirPods top cover is coming off, now what?
Due to the extremely thin case, it is not always possible for the top cover to fit 100% perfectly, even with minimal tolerances during manufacturing. If it slides down too easily, this can easily be prevented with a small strip of double-sided adhesive tape in the top cap.
The top cover of my AirPods is rubbing/sticking on the bottom cover when opening, now what?
Due to the extremely thin case, it is not always possible for the top cover to fit 100% perfectly, even with minimal tolerances during manufacturing. It can happen if you press it down very hard that it goes down a little too far in the rear area and then gets stuck on the lower cover when you open it.
If this is the case for you, then put the top cap back on with the case closed without pressing it down any further when it is open, then it should work fine.
If it then slips down too easily, this can easily be prevented with a small strip of double-sided adhesive tape in the top cover cap.
